A common phrase when lifting in the gym when trying to reach your max is “can you spot me?” A spotter is there for you just in case you need any help when lifting as a precaution. You trust that person will have your back in your time of need. So I ask you, who are your spotters in life?
Who do you have that will have your back in time of need no matter what? The person who spots you should hold you accountable in all areas of life. When you are not on your A-game there has to be someone there for you who can push you to achieve and do more. Evaluate who in your life is that spotter to you and utilize them to help you.
If you want to go fast go alone, but if you want to go far, go together. The sharpest individuals go through slumps sometimes and having that person there for you will help you get through those tough moments. So always evaluate, who is your spotter?
